Officers of the U.P. Catholic Credit Union are elected by the membership.
The Board of Directors consists of nine members who are responsible for determining U.P. Catholic Credit Union policies.
Board members are elected to three year terms and meet regularly to review current financial conditions, discuss ongoing and
proposed programs and services, and give direction to management and staff.
Supervisory Committee
The Supervisory Committee consists of three members who regularly check the credit union records to ensure all transactions are handled properly, according to approved policies and NCUA regulations. Members are appointed for one year terms.
Credit union management and staff implement the approved policies and are responsible for the daily operations of the credit union. |
