The U.P. Catholic Credit Union offers loans for a wide range of purposes with stated guidelines and policies. The qualifications for each loan is based upon the applicants ability to repay, purpose, credit- worthiness and security offered if required.

Borrowing members can be assured that the Credit Union strives to charge the lowest possible annual percentage rates on loans, while at the same time returning the highest possible dividends to savers.
 

Types of Loans:

• Share Secured:
  Use your savings or CD as collateral.
• Auto/Vehicle:
  Includes new, used and refinanced cars, trucks and motor homes. Use our Auto Buying Center for great articles, calculators and other resources to help you with your purchasing decision. 
• Recreational Vehicles:
  Includes boats, snowmobiles, dirt bikes, 4 wheelers etc.
• Real Estate:
  Loans are available for up to 30 years with as low as 5% down payment to qualified borrowers. Land only loans can be done but financing is limited to 60% of the appraised value. Low closing costs may be included in the loan.
• Home Equity:
  Loans that allow you to use the value you have accrued in your home as collateral for a loan. These loans vary in terms and interest may be tax deductible.
• Signature:
  Loans are available to qualified borrowers for a variety of purposes.
• VISA
