Membership
The U.P. Catholic Credit Union is a cooperative. Our field of membership is open to:
- Registered members of the Catholic Parishes in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, which are under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Marquette.
- Employees of Catholic Parish offices and schools in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, which are under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Marquette.
- Members of any Catholic Campus Ministry in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, which are under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Marquette.
- Employees of this credit union
- Immediate family of 1,2,3 and 4 above. "Immediate family" means relatives of the member, by blood or marriage or any individual living under the same roof and in the same household as the member.
- Organizations incorporated or otherwise, composed for the most part of the same general group making the membership outlined above.
- A spouse of a deceased member may be eligible for membership at any time prior to remarriage.
Full family membership is encouraged, especially to include children who are eligible to have their own account.
A $5.00 balance is required in a share account to sustain membership. |
